DILI |LINTASTIMOR.ID)– Komando Polisi Nasional Timor-Leste (PNTL) Munisipiu Aileu membuka secara resmi pelatihan bagi 40 personel fiskalizador (pengawas), sebagai bagian dari persiapan menghadapi ujian kultural bagi calon anggota PNTL baru tahun 2025.
Upacara pembukaan dipimpin langsung oleh Komandan PNTL Aileu, Superintendente Polisi Sebastião Alves Quintão, didampingi Wakil Komandan, Superintendente Assistente Polisi Hélio da Conceição de Deus, di Markas Komando PNTL Aileu, Selasa (23/9/2025).
Pelatihan ini difasilitasi oleh titik fokal dari Komisi Rekrutmen Agen PNTL baru tahun 2025, bertempat di Pusat Pelatihan Komando PNTL Aileu. Tujuannya adalah membekali para fiskalizador dengan keterampilan profesional, agar dapat menjalankan tugas secara objektif dan berintegritas.
Menurut rencana, ujian kultural bagi calon anggota PNTL yang telah lolos seleksi dokumen akan dilaksanakan pada 5 Oktober 2025 mendatang. Ujian tersebut diperuntukkan bagi warga sipil, baik perempuan maupun laki-laki, yang ingin mengabdi sebagai agen baru PNTL.
“Pelatihan ini penting agar proses rekrutmen berjalan transparan dan setiap fiskalizador mampu menjalankan perannya secara profesional,” ungkap salah satu pejabat PNTL Aileu.
Langkah ini menunjukkan keseriusan institusi kepolisian Timor-Leste dalam memperkuat sumber daya manusia, sekaligus menjaga kepercayaan publik terhadap proses rekrutmen aparat keamanan di tingkat nasional.

PNTL Aileu Launches Training for 40 Fiscalizador Officers
AILEU, September 22, 2025 – The National Police of Timor-Leste (PNTL) in Aileu Municipality officially launched a training program for 40 fiscalizador (monitoring) officers, in preparation for the upcoming cultural exam for new PNTL recruits in 2025.
The opening ceremony was led by the PNTL Aileu Commander, Superintendent Police Sebastião Alves Quintão, accompanied by Deputy Commander, Assistant Superintendent Police Hélio da Conceição de Deus, at the PNTL Headquarters in Aileu.
This training is facilitated by focal points from the 2025 PNTL Recruitment Commission and hosted at the PNTL Aileu Training Center. Its main goal is to equip fiscalizador officers with professional skills, ensuring that they can perform their duties with integrity and objectivity.
The cultural exam for new candidates, who have already passed the document screening stage, is scheduled to take place on October 5, 2025. The exam will involve both men and women aspiring to serve as new PNTL agents.
“This training is vital to guarantee a transparent recruitment process, and to ensure that each fiscalizador is well-prepared to fulfill their responsibilities professionally,” said one of the PNTL Aileu officials.
This initiative reflects the commitment of Timor-Leste’s police institution to strengthening human resources, while maintaining public trust in the recruitment process of national security officers.
