Seperti cahaya pagi yang menyingkap kabut di ufuk timur, Ketua DPRK Mimika, Primus Natikapereyau, menyambut wacana audit harta para wakil rakyat. Baginya, langkah itu indah bila berjalan dalam bingkai hukum yang sahih.
“Jika memang ada aturan yang mewajibkan audit kekayaan anggota DPRK, maka hal tersebut harus dilaksanakan,” ungkap Primus, Rabu (3/9/2025), dengan suara tenang, seolah menyerahkan keputusan pada kitab undang-undang.
Ia berharap aturan itu bukan hanya berlaku di Mimika, melainkan menyeluruh di negeri ini. “Dengan begitu, jika ada payung hukum yang mengatur, DPRK Mimika siap menjalankannya. Saya setuju, bila aturan itu ada,” tegasnya, laksana janji yang digantungkan pada langit keadilan.

Like the first light dissolving the morning mist, Mimika Regional House Speaker, Primus Natikapereyau, welcomed the idea of auditing legislators’ wealth. To him, such a step shines only if guided by the letter of the law.
“If there is a regulation that obliges the wealth audit of council members, then it must be carried out,” Primus stated calmly on Wednesday (3/9/2025), his words flowing like verses entrusted to the law.
He further wished that this principle apply not only to Mimika but to the entire nation. “Thus, if there is a legal umbrella regulating it, DPRK Mimika is ready to comply. I agree, if the law exists,” he affirmed, like a vow whispered to the horizon of justice.
